I’m not guessing how blue-collar businesses run. I’ve been inside them.
I’ve seen what happens when skilled owners build something solid — but the backend never gets the same attention as the craft. The work is excellent. The operation? Held together by memory, sticky notes, and long nights.

Riding motorcycles (the wind is my therapy)

Hanging around the fire with friends and fam

Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – earned while working full-time and raising a family
CINA-Certified Apprentice Cider Maker – because I believe in understanding the industries I work with, not just advising them.
Decades of hands-on experience in operations, compliance, logistics, leadership, safety, and management roles across manufacturing and field environments.
Former Family Readiness Group Leader supporting military families during deployment.
